Mexican Style Adams Lincolnshire Sausage Wraps

A regional favourite with an international twist

Ingredients

8 (454g) Adams Lincolnshire Sausages
100g White Cabbage, shredded
1 Carrot, peeled and sliced into ribbons
1 small red onion, finely sliced
6 tbsp. Mustard Mayonnaise
1 packet of Mexican style Tortillas
40g Rocket



Method
  • Grill the Adams Lincolnshire Sausages for 15 minutes until cooked. Set aside.
  • Mix together the cabbage, carrot, onion and mayonnaise to make a coleslaw.
  • Warm the Tortillas. Slice the Adams Lincolnshire Sausages diagonally then divide the Adams Lincolnshire Sausages, coleslaw and rocket between the tortillas. Fold up the bases and roll up to make pockets.
