2000 to Present |
Now
we concentrate much of our efforts on large and consolidating multiple retailers,
focussing on their own label in a very competitive marketplace. Our strengths lie in supplying quality products which are developed in partnership with the major retailers. In 2003 the company reigns moved from Mr George Adams (the founder's son) to Mr. Mark Adams (the founders grandson) and the company culture continues to evolve. A larger more complex business means that we have had to change many aspects of the way in which we work. The pace of change is not slowing down. Indeed we have had a deliberate policy of growth in order to achieve a critical mass with the major accounts that we service. Investment in production and technical facilities has continued to increase each year in order to keep pace with this extraordinary growth. Now we have a modern well-invested business which we think about very differently given our company's history. The Meat Plant in Spalding now slaughters over 8% of all UK pigs in a polarising market. |
